OSHA recently undertook a nation-wide initiative focussing on fall protection. The 'Fall Protection Stand Down,' as it was called, involved holding safety talks with those employees working at height.
The purpose of the project was to revisit a hazard which is responsible for killing more workers than any other construction safety hazard.
STACS was invited to participate by our construction customers PJ Dick, Trumbull and Gullisek to conduct these safety talks for their employees.
STACS delivered 10 sessions for over 200 employees. The talks were delivered at 4 different job sites ranging from a 24th story high rise, to highway side bridge abutment construction.
